Dr. Rush attended the University of Colorado and received his doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. Following graduation, Dr. Rush served as a Captain in the United States Army stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Rush has been caring for patients over 35 years in both Kansas and Colorado.
