"Absolutely terrible. I was going in to talk about mental health, I had a different doctor I used to see, but she left the drs. that I go to, so I had to get a new doctor. Dr. Moyo was an option, and looked nice so I scheduled an appointment. After about a month of waiting since she was booked up for so long, I was greeted 15-20 minutes late to a video appointment, and when I explained why I had an appointment, she was very condescending, calling me unprofessional, and rushing me. As she arrived to the call so late, I only had about 10-15 minutes to talk to her before I was being rushed because “the appointment was only supposed to be half an hour. I guess her concept of an appointment is to keep your patient waiting 20 minutes after the starting time, and rushing you when your scheduled end time is coming up. I have to say, I would not recommend this Dr to anyone, especially if you are already in a depressive state. It is not good to think you are going somewhere for help, and getting ...
called names. At the end of the call with her, she said to me in a condescending tone “I don’t know what you want me to do. This has been very unprofessional and you should have dealt with this differently. If you want a follow up, you’ll have to wait until late September, that’s my next opening”, for reference, it is June 23th, so the scheduling for her is very poor as well. Thank you guys for reading this, and I hope that I help someone find the right doctor, and hopefully my experience will be a learning experience for everyone else. "
