"I had gone to the ER for trouble breathing after COVID. I scheduled a follow up appt with her which was obviously urgent. She completely ignored a message asking if I could get in any sooner since I couldn't be seen for weeks- not sure why her wait list is so long, she's soulless. Then on the day of the appointment I walked in exactly 2 minutes late after calling them and telling them I got lost and they said that was fine and they'd hold my appointment. Nope! Krista made me reschedule. Not like it was a LIFE THREATENING condition or anything. I went to an urgent care instead and even the doctors there said she should be fired for negligence. She is absolutely negligent. I am confident she cancelled it to try to make me go back to the ER across the street and get more money. Disgusting."
