"Unreal how uncommunicative this office is. I called to request the results of my father's biopsy today and was told by the person on the other line that she'd call me back because she "just turned her computer off." I call back around 2 p.m. to be told by their answering service that they've left for the day. Irregular hours? No follow-up? Isn't it enough that people have to chase you for info? "
