"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE WORST PHYSICIAN. Made an appointment on Plush Care to see Dr. Patel. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. I REPEAT: DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. She prescribed me something that wasn't supposed be for the eye, and was only supposed to be used on the "skin" - MY EYELID GOT WORSE. When I got my prescription, it said "not to be used for ophthalmic purposes, dermatological only." - meaning it wasn't supposed to be used on the eye, and yet, she prescribed me this... I am now filing a complaint directly through Plushcare to get my REFUND. DO NOT BOOK WITH DR. PATEL. 09/19/2022 "

"Dr. Kinjal Patel was extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt talked down to and demeaned. She provided useful information but her delivery was very poor. I would not recommend seeing her for any medical needs. It is not hard to be empathetic and compassionate to someone. "
