OVERVIEW

Dr. Kimberly Stone is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington and an Attending Physician in the Emergency Department at Seattle Childrens Hospital. She is Co-Director for Pediatric Emergency Medicine Simulation at Seattle Childrens Hospital and a member of the ED Quality Improvement Committee. She received her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco and completed residency and fellowship at Boston Childrens Hospital and Seattle Childrens Hospital. Dr. Stone is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American College of Emergency Physicians. She is certified in PALS and ATLS and is an ATLS instructor. She is Co-PI on several studies related to simulation-based resuscitation training. Her interests are in resuscitation, simulation education, quality improvement and research.
