"Took my dad in for chiro services and as we walked in, we were greeted with so much rudeness my office manager/chiropractor's wife. She was horrible. She should really consider taking customer service skills. I was asked very rudely to wait outside, this happened twice. She was just a horrible person. We left without being seen. I honestly dont know how this business is still open. Having her as the frontline person in charge is jot good for this business at all. I'm surprised they haven't closed them down. Other patients were also disappointed by her treatment towards me. "

"Dr. Gansert is very professional and helpful. But his wife/office manager really needs to learn how to deal with patients. When I went, she was rude and arrogant and forgot that the doctor's services are NOT free. I am a paying customer and I deserve better treatment than what I got from her. When I was there she kept staring me down. I felt very uncomfortable and like leaving before my treatment even started. I'm done with this place. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Today 1/4/2021 I went to this office and had a really bad experience, the doctor's wife sprayed me in the face with a disinfectant spray! they are spraying people before they can come in! I get this whole covid but spraying me in the face really!! could have gotten in my eyes!! then what? What they need to do is clean this dirty office! it really is dirty."
