"See what happens when both you and your husband have covid with grandview…. Both of you test positive at home, 2 telehealth appointments are scheduled. My husband was able to have his telehealth appointment but after waiting 30 minutes for my telehealth appointment I get a call from Zach saying it’s grandviews policy to not see Covid patients via telehealth. Imagine my shock and offense that my husband had been seen via telehealth by the same company I was being denied by! So what am I to think? Either it’s a policy or it’s not. If it’s a policy how to you choose who to violate that policy for? Last time I checked discrimination is defined as treating someone different for no good reason. Given that we had identical positive covid tests, telehealth appointments with the same company, and the only difference being that I am a woman, I have to wonder if that is the issue? Is it so hard to be treated the same? To be treated fairly? I tried calling the office to merely get the run around and no real answers. I assume that means they could not care less about their own patients health. A healthcare company dependent upon caring for their patients to pay their bills that doesn’t care about their patients health. Sounds like they’re in the wrong business. Update: ever wonder what happens when you leave a bad review on a doctors office for a valid complaint? You get a request to call the “owner” who never answers or calls back. Then you get a phone call from the “office manager” who could care less about what happened, nor take any responsibility for the supposed miscommunication. To top it off, you then get a letter saying “that since there are significant philosophical differences in our views of medical care and treatment” Keri Hyde NP will not longer see you. Apparently we do have a significant philosophical views on how people should be treated. Mostly, I believe every person has the right to be treated respectfully and fairly. This business and Keri Hyde obviously disagree. Amazingly in all of this I neither spoke to nor saw Keri Hyde. I merely received this letter after my original review, not naming her only questioning the practice in which she works for’s lack of policy follow though. Interesting that requesting to be treated fairly and pointing out when you are not equals this response. I would highly recommend anyone debating whether this is the medical practice is for you, you may want to look elsewhere. Here you are only billing $$’s, not a real person. "

"Excellent provider! She listened to me and answered my questions with detail and explained things to me. Instead of just telling me what she wanted to test, she also told me why and when I got my results back, she helped make a plan for improvement and set up a follow up. I know this should be the norm but often times it is not and Dr. Hyde is great! I’m glad she’s my GP. "

"This was the best experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office in a long time. Keri was absolutely wonderful. She took so much time with me and told me some things about medication I had been prescribed elsewhere that no doctor had ever told me. She was so knowledgeable, attentive and kind. Highly recommend. "
