"My pulmonologist had to send their referral for me to Dr. Posey's office repeatedly. It took months to get an appointment, and then it wasn't even with Dr. Posey, but his PA. This was not explained to me on the phone. Both my pharmacist and I left numerous messages with Dr. Posey's office to get a medication refill; and they never returned any calls."

"I love how they actually listen to the person and not just act like they are a dollar sign. My mom never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable during the tests for memory. The fact that they were willing to work through this without medication since mom is hyper sensitive to most was a big plus. They ordered an entire blood panel to include heavy metal toxicity which is wonderful. Thank you guys, we are excited to take this journey with your staff. "
