Dr. Kenneth Paul Vestal, MD

I grew up in Massachusetts and went to college at Tufts University, in Medford, Massachusetts, majoring in chemical engineering. I met my wife while training in San Francisco, and then went to Cleveland, Ohio, for my residency training. I returned to San Francisco to do a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, which involves eyelid, tear duct and orbital surgeries. I have been practicing in Southern California since 1991 and have been with Kaiser Permanente in San Diego since 1999. I continue to enjoy practicing medicine at Kaiser Permanente!
