I came to South Florida in August of 1997 after growing up in the suburbs of Boston and completing the education and training I listed above. I have four children and I am active with them in the Indian Princess and Indian Guides organizations. Therefore, I continue to care about and care for all ages of patients. Becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon combined the mechanical skills I have been learning throughout my life with some very specialized training. I always feel lucky to have a job that I enjoy and that fits me so well.
My approach to being an Orthopedic Surgeon is to take good …care of the patients who entrust themselves or their families to me. I always try to be conservative and treat you without surgery whenever possible and do my best during operative treatment when it is necessary. My goal is for you to leave my office understanding your condition and having had your questions answered. Today's world of medicine is challenging for patient's and their doctors alike. I will do my best to stand out as a "regular guy" and talk to you in terms that you can understand.

"Don’t let this man cut on you. He royally botched my husband’s knee replacement, requiring 2 other surgeries (from better surgeons) to fix it. My husband has been in pain over a year, and I’m still not sure it’s right."

"My husband and I both needed shoulder replacements last year. I went to Dr. Taylor, my husband went to his partner. My shoulder is absolutely perfect, I can move and no pain!! My husband has had constant problems with his. Lots of pain and will need surgery again. If given the choice for a new shoulder, trust me, GO TO TAYLOR…he is the absolute best!! 10/10 "

"Not only was my visit bad, but apparently their office uses creative billing methods as well. Was charged for a 45-59 minute new patient appointment @ $430, while the doctor was maybe there 10 minutes tops, and didn’t ask if I had any questions or recommend any long term solutions. Also got charged for arthrocentesis too, $190, but the doctor only stuck one needle in my knee, and I’d assume it would have required a second needle, which probably he’d have done before the Betamethasone Lidocaine shot he administered. Going to dispute these charges with my insurance company. What a loser. "

"Stay away unless you like uncompassionate people. When trying to make an appt, they forward you immediately to an answering machine, and may or may not return your call in a timely manor. I called 3 times, before the Receptionist finally made my appt. Doctor Taylor should wear roller skates, as he was in and out in 5 minutes tops, and I didn’t even get a chance to ask questions that I had brought. The shot he gave me has helped, but I’m not sure how long it will last. I asked him if he could give me something for pain, but he said Florida laws prohibited it, but he never offered any over the counter options. They didn’t give me any advice on home treatment, pain management, exercise, or even what the shot was he gave me, I had to beg the nurse to write it down on paper that I had brought with me with questions, as “She didn’t have any paper”. Shouldn’t they be giving me a hand-out on any medications they administered to me? Seems like that should be/is a law.

"I haven’t seen Dr Taylor in a while. But all the procedures he’s done, have had an excellent outcomes. He also has done many procedures on my husband. Dr Taylor is a great surgeon. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
