"This man played a huge role in the death of my daughters mother. She was severely addicted to narcotics, and abusing them to the point of not being able to function most days. I called, and I personally spoke with Mr. Haycraft, I explained the situation. I told him how she would take up to 10 pills at a time to get high, she had been stealing others medications, and at times even selling them. He listened, then at her very next visit, prescribed her more, and told her that I had called him. He continued to supply her with multiple types of narcotics, from Hydrocodone, to Oxycodone, for tummy aches, tooth aches and anything else she could make up. Her last Prescription was 10/18/2016, she died 14 days later, at only 36 years old. She died in front of our 3 year old daughter, who had to go find help on her own. We loved her, we wanted her here, Mr. Haycraft provided the means for her death, knowing full well she was abusing. Shame on him, and I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else, ...
