"I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor. My daughter saw her ONCE and every appointment that she had afterward was cancelled without good explainations. My daughter sent several emails requiring a signature for a free breast pump with no response. My daughter is also high risk and was never told of a condition with her placenta, which could potentially be life threatening to the baby. This woman should not be in practice if she doesn’t have the capacity to actually care for her patients. The one time that she was seen by the doctor was rushed, judged, and Mrs. Jones was EXTREMELY rude. Would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone! "

"Dr. Jones delivered my baby. She was awesome! Specially during Covid she made me feel comfortable and explained everything. She's very direct but in a nice way. Dr. Jones always makes sure she has answered all questions and doesn't make me feel rushed. Awesome!! "
