OVERVIEW
Kelly McCann, MD, MPH grew up in upstate New York, attended Brown University, where she studied music, completed a Masters in Library Science and her premedical training at the University of Albany before heading to New Orleans to pursue her medical education at Tulane University. She completed a dual residency training program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Phoenix, AZ. Since graduation from residency she practiced in Oregon and Idaho. Most recetnly she completed the Residential Fellowship in the Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil. Throughout her medical training, her desire to learn and incorporate integrative medicine into her practice has been a driving force. She is a medical acupuncturist, having completed her training at UCLA-Helms Medical Institute. She has studied Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard, Botanical Medicine at Columbia University, and is Board certified by the American Board of Holistic Medicine. …She believes in empowering patients to be active participants in their health and seeks to utilize Integrative Medicine in the healing journey. She is opening a private practice in Internal medicine and Integrative medicine seeing both adults adn children in the Newport Beach, California area.
