"My visit was disappointing. I needed some cavities filled and a cap. I okayed the part of the care plan for doing the cap but as the filling material for the cavities only was to last two years, I did not okay that part thinking it would be better to wait for longer lasting filling material. She cancelled the appointment less than 24 hours before the time. Now, my insurance will not pay for a new patient visit with a new dentist for 3 more years. "
