Dr. Yacono attended Widener University where she earned her B.S. in Biology. In 2005, Dr. Yacono graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. From there, she went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. During her residency, Dr. Yacono was leader of several research groups focusing on the advancement of healthcare in areas such as congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and deep vein thrombosis. Dr. Yacono received the Critical Care Award from PCOM in 2005 and was a 2010 and 2013 Top Doc in Main Line Magazine. She is experienced in American Sign Language (ASL) and has a special interest in the medical needs of the Deaf community. Dr. Yacono married her middle school sweetheart and is the proud mother of triplet boys. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in church activities and skiing. Dr. Yacono is a life-long resident of the Delaware Valley.
