"Provider rushed through diagnosis and treatment plan. Provider expressed frustration when asked to explain things clearly and at a reasonable pace for patient. Doctor forgot to examine key areas of injury after being reminded. I get that healthcare workers are burnt out but this was an extremely unprofessional experience who was just waiting for a discharge signature. "
