Dr. Keith Jacob Derickson, MD

Keith Derickson, MD, who is board certified in family medicine, joined Lutheran Medical in July 2013. A Fort Wayne native, Dr. Derickson received a bachelors degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2006. He earned a medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis in 2010, and completed his residency in family medicine at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in June 2013. He served as co-chief resident at FWMEP his third year.
