"Dr Jones has made this whole experience less scary. His professionalism, skill, compassion and process in explaining procedures put me at ease. Truly respected and loved by his staff. Which are absolutely amazing as well. Sarah’s and Sandy thank you. Much appreciation and respect to you both. I highly recommend him and the facility. I work in the medical field and have a good filter. ??"

"I recently had a doctors appointment with Dr. Keaton Jones, and I was appalled by his behavior and demeanor. He acted like he was racing the clock. I was seeing him for a follow up to a colonoscopy he performed 3 months prior when my primary care doctor referred me to him. The first colonoscopy was incomplete due to the lack of a full cleansing. Therefore, he was unable to determine the reason for my escalating symptoms and the development of new symptoms. The medical appointment with Dr. Keaton, consisted of him listening to my heart and then telling me he was going to prescribe me a medication to help with bowel movements. He proceeded to start to leave the room without suggesting or providing an alternative test or discussing what we can do to have a successful colonoscopy. I stopped him from leaving by telling him my many symptoms. He was about to leave the room again with no communication as to why I was having these symptoms, or why they were escalating. He got ...
up and left the exam room without telling me he was leaving and without discussing any type of treatment plan. "

"I recently had a doctors appointment with Dr. Keaton Jones, and I was appalled by his behavior and demeanor. He acted like he was racing the clock or was in some type of competition with how fast he and some other doctor could be and the fastest would win a prize. I was seeing him for a follow up to a colonoscopy he performed 3 months prior when my primary care doctor referred me to him due to bloody stool and severe constipation. Dr. Keaton Jones was actually not able to really perform the colonoscopy due to the fact that the regimen they gave me to clean me out was not sufficient. Therefore, he was unable to determine why I was having bloody stool or the reason for the severe constipation. When Dr. Keaton Jones entered the exam room, on the follow up visits, he listened to my heart for a moment, then slid across the room on his roller stool, and told me he was going to prescribe me prescription medicine to address my relentless constipation. He started to get up to leave the room, ...
he did not ask me how my symptoms were or if I had any questions. He also failed to palpate my stomach to get an idea of how I was fairing. I stopped him from getting up and leaving the exam room when I quickly began telling him the symptoms I was having; symptoms like how I can feel it anytime I have anything in my transverse colon. How it feels like I am being strangled, which then puts pressure in my abdomen that feels like immense bloating. Sometimes it is so bad that if I do not have a bra on the weight of my breasts against my chest causes physical pain and nausea. I also have found pools of blood in my underwear. He did not ask any follow up questions or clarifying questions about the symptoms I was experiencing. He was about to leave the room again when I asked him about having another colonoscopy. His response was to tell me that I was unable to clean my system out. I was shocked that he thought that was a good enough excuse as to not explore the reason for the blood in my stool and blood discharged on its own. I had to tell him I wanted one. He did not offer any other procedure, if there is one to see what is going on in your colon and intestines. He had to sit back down and tell me that we would have to do a longer and more aggressive prep to clean my system out. I said we needed to do that then. This time he actually left the room, I thought he was coming right back with paperwork for me and to discuss the type of prep we would have to do. The next thing I knew I had him talking to a different patient in the room next to me. He never told me he would schedule me for a new colonoscopy, nor did he ever ask me if I had any questions. If you need anything other then a routine colonoscopy DO NOT see Dr. Keaton Jones. "

"He listens and is very knowledgeable. "

"Dr. Jones is very confident of his knowledge. The challenge with my interaction with him was that he never asked me any question/or my concerns. He "read my chart" so he knew it all. He insisted I had anemia for years (not true) and because he say an indicator 2 years ago, he assumed I have had it all along. My bloodwork has shown low Vitamin D and Calcium...He is convinced that the anemia has caused my issues, but can't explain or suggest where the blood is going, why I have lost 27 lbs. or what is causing the anemia. He takes a "chart" and assumes it is gospel. Sometimes a conversation with a new patient goes a long way...just saying"

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
