"After becoming a new patient I tried to call and get a prescription for Paxlovid because I tested positive for the coronavirus… Because it hadn’t been a year since my last physical with my previous doctor I did see the NP… But now six months later needing the prescription and wondering when my appointment for my physical was they told me I never made it I thought for sure it was made when I had the appointment with the NP… Regardless when I inquired about the prescription the doctor was away for two weeks there was no NP in the office for a week and they told me to go to the nearest urgent care …. I told them I’d be looking for another doctor… They immediately removed my access to my account… And any medical records I could see… I called my previous doctor he’s still in business he is about to retire in the next year the reason I left him and I was immediately Able to schedule an appointment for a physical in the next 30 days… And they called in the script for the coronavirus medication… ...
It just goes to show you when they don’t want to pay help at the desk and they haven’t come back from their vacation homes… "

"Good luck getting an appointment with Dr. Anderson. She has far more patients than she has time to see. Her front office staff screen patient's calls and will tell you she is on vacation when in fact she is in the office seeing other patients. If you don't mind rude office staff and only being able to see the PA or RN, then go for it. If you expect to be able to see your primary care provider outside of an annual physical, look elsewhere. "

"Dr Anderson is a 'wonderful' listener and I never feel rushed. I have been her patient for many years. Two years ago I retired and moved two hours away from Natick. Dr Anderson remains my Medical Doctor which says a lot!"
