"Was only offered an appointment with a nurse prior to procedure, not the actual dr performing the procedure. Met Dr literally 5 minutes prior to procedure. Could not get a follow up appointment to discuss test results for several months after procedure. In procedure room Dr. Black just stood there without saying a word staring at me while she waited for anesthesia to take affect. This was very unnerving. I’ve had surgery before and never experienced this. The doctor has always spoken to me to reassure me while waiting to go under."
