OVERVIEW
Dr. Truelove is a board-certified family medicine physician who enjoys working at Marshall's El Dorado Hills clinic. She grew up in Hawaii and still travels there frequently to visit her parents. Because of her own medical problems, she met many physicians in early childhood and knew by the tender age of 5 that she wanted to be a doctor. She received her medical degree in 2000 from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. She chose Family Medicine because of its diversity. She believes in educating her patients about their medical problems and deciding on their treatment plan together. Dr. Truelove joined Marshall in 2005 and is now Medical Director of the El Dorado Hills Clinic. She resides in El Dorado Hills with her husband and two young children. She feels blessed to be a mother, wife and doctor. In her spare time she enjoys photography and other artistic endeavors.
