"I had a visit with her on October 1, 2022. Explained I have ADHD been on the medication for nine years which she verified. Explained when my prescription was due mind you I have paid in full for my visit because my insurance will not cover this. It is now October 25th and she still has not sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Not sure what the issue is but I highly suggest never using her."

"Worst experience I have ever had. Not only did I not even get to see Koster my second visit, but I waited 2 hours just to speak to a nurse. Very unprofessional and she has some very unrealistic and absurd requirements for a simple psych visit. She treats you more like your parol officer, not your psychiatrist. "

"She saw my son for all of 3 minutes. Asked if he wanted meds, to which he said no. We would prefer him unmedicated if at all possible but would have listened to recommendations....if any had been made. We were never given a diagnosis (until asked, which they loudly announced in the waiting room in front of others, violating HIPPA) or a med suggestion. Kari Koster then said "I can't do anything for you if you don't want meds" and sent him out the door. I'm appalled at the lack of treatment she was willing to provide. No attempt to speak to me the mother/parent, I tried to talk to her the next day and the office hung up on me after telling me she wouldn't talk to me on the phone without my son present. All I wanted was proper care for my son and an actual conversation that could lead to a suggestion/recommendation, not full dismissal due to not wanting meds. Very unprofessional, she wouldn't even come out of her office to speak to me in person."
