"I was not happy with Dr. Wong. She seems adequate for the optical work but she refused to see me twice because I was 15 minutes late for an appointment. I called before my appointment time saying i was stuck in traffic in a city bus and would be 15 minutes late. She said it was policy that if I was 15-20 minutes late she didn’t have to see me. I said go to the next patient and I would wait as long ..."
