"Worst doctor I have ever seen. My pelvic floor PT recommended I go to her for endometriosis surgery. I was only 19 at the time and did not know as much about endometriosis and speciality surgeons as I know now, so I agreed to surgery with her. She ablated several areas of my endo, even though she claimed before surgery she only practices excision. My endo pain came back within 6 months, and she did not believe me. She believes she is the best, so she thought I was lying about my pain. She told me to "learn to deal with it." I saw a different endo doctor who performed my second surgery. During this surgery, my endo had gone from stage 2 to stage 4 in only a year. The areas she had ablated had caused adhesions to form and my endo only grew deeper. I wish I had known more about endometriosis at 19 because I never would have agreed to have surgery with her if I knew how awful ablation was. DO NOT go to her for endometriosis, she does not know what she is doing!!!"

"Dr. Tang was helpful, informative, and always explained everything related to my surgery and post-op care clearly and concisely. I appreciate her goal to educate others and am lucky to have been her patient!"

"Seeing reviews similar to mine is reassuring. I found this doctor via Nancy's nook. I was super disappointed by this visit. She had the wrong records pulled up (mine from my previous surgery). They were clearly dated.. she would barely let me speak. She said things that contradicted one another regarding my surgical reports. She insisted I couldn't possibly have endo because my pathology didn't show it but anyone who has a brain knows the doctor may have not removed enough of the tissue or sent enough biopsies. I knew the visit was going to be bad when I came in to see her in her office and she was sitting staring at her computer screen trying to quickly familiarize herself with my health history (which she failed at...) and didn't even say hi or look me in my face. I agree her social media presence is very cringe and she's not a woman's advocate. If she was, she would practice what she preaches. She is not like that in person at all. She's actually very narcissistic but at the same time ...
doesn't know what she's doing? I wouldn't recommend seeing this woman. "

"An absolute horrible physician, sub par in every single aspect. Obvioulsy pushing meds from a personal interest (even when actual evidence counters this), lack of basic knowledge, and an absolute lack of manners...not just bedside, manners, period. Her TikToks are ridiculous and an amateur and pathetic attempt to capture a younger, unexpecting audience. She will treat people like trash, refuse to provide basic treatment, and then insult them on top of it. Even her staff seems aware of how bad the situation is. I could go on, but to summarize: any other physician is better, and I mean *any*."

"Dr. Tang was recommended to us and ultimately performed surgery on my daughter, which went well. While her surgical skills were good from our perspective, her post-op and office visit skills are subpar. While she touts herself as being a strong advocate for women suffering from pelvic pain, including having a very strong social media presence, in person, she is dismissive, impatient, and condescending with questions, whether they are regarding the timeline of getting results, pain management, or endometriosis care. If she presented in person as she does on tik tok, she would be excellent; however, unfortunately, that was not our experience. She would benefit from understanding that her patients can be nervous after receiving a diagnosis and, since they are not experts in the field, they might have a lot of questions and require repetition of some information."

"I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, was taken back 45 minutes late. Dr. Tang did not come in the room for another 25 minutes. Which I understand, people run late and I want to ensure those before me are also getting their full appointment. What I was not okay with is the fact I went in for cyst pain, they put me in an ultrasound room and Dr. Tang came in pushed on two spots of my stomach, said "Oh i don't know what to make of that". Then informed me everyone already left for the day so we could just go to the office and talk because there was no one to give me the ultrasound I drove an hour and a half for. She then tried to get me to take Orilessa or lupron and informed me if i needed surgery she was booking out to July so I would have to go to a different doctor that is two and a half hours from me. Not to mention the lights were turned off in the office already before we walked out. I then learned the following day that since no one took my vitals they entered the ones from ...
my appointment 4 months ago into my chart, which now have to call and push to have this false information removed from my chart. I would not go to her if she was the only specialist left in my area. Just another Endometriosis specialist that wants to prescribe Orilessa and Lupron. She is a speaker burro of Abbvie, the maker of these medications and has received over 50K in kickbacks from the company. This is public information and available below to view in the link below. https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov/physician/132408 If you are looking for someone to surgically remove endometriosis please do your own research of what is best for your body, check out Nancy's Nook and Icarebetter.com for endometriosis specialist. Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
