"My mother was treated extremely horrible by Ms. Karen during this global pandemic. My mom was given the swab test numerous times and told she would get a call back before her doctors note expired and she would have to return to work. A call was given to her a day after and as any patient, my mom had questions and concerns about her health. She told Ms. Karen that she needed an extended doctors note and Ms. Karen took it upon to hang up on my mother. This was unprofessional and quite disappointing due to the circumstances we are all in. We will not be returning to this office. Poor poor service. "
