"He's a awesome Dr."

"I wish I didn't have to click a star. He doesn't know how to speak to patients but has the audacity to respond to messages on their patient portal that "he hopes I understand in plain English" what he is saying. As someone who has been dealing with the same issues for 20+ years, I can guarantee I understand. I went for a second opinion in Houston, and will no longer go there. I saw him ONE time the whole time I was a patient. I was constantly pushed to the NP's who did nothing but push a Thyroid biopsy that was never necessary. He has no bedside manner and clearly can't seem to communicate the correct way to his patients. "
