"Dr Kamshad Raiszadeh, I was a patient of his for several weeks, which should have been one visit only! I told him my terrible pain was throughout my entire lower lumbar, sacral area, my neck, upper back, my entire right and left arms, down to my fingertips(pain & numbness), throughout my right chest area, making it extremely difficult to do ANY kind of physical movement, without excruciating pain. 25+ on a scale of 1-10! I was told he was a "Spine specialist". Our first meeting, I made a point to make sure I voiced my condition, so he knew how severe and debilitating it was, with hopes he would find a solution, after a couple of years of dealing with this ever increasing pain, nobody else was addressing! It seemed as though he wasn't listening, so I kept reiterating the point about how severe the pain is, and that I can hardly do any movement, without it causing more exponentially severe pain, so bad, it stops me in my tracks. I told him movement in my arms causes, excruciating pain, ...
through both my arms, all the way down to my fingertips, through my right upper chest area, and also my hands go numb! After I kept repeating myself, about my severe condition, he started looking at the MRI's and imaging I had brought, for about 2 mins, and said that I needed to do physical therapy, to work on my muscles and movement. I gasped, because this was the same thing I had already been through, and any kind of movement, causes me excruciating pain, so how was I going to do physical therapy, if I was in so much pain!? I reiterated this concern with him, because any movement causes me excruciating pain!?? I was floored, and at the mercy of not knowing what to do! Wanting to be a Good Patient, I said ok, I will see what it is all about, and go to the physical therapy, to at least give it a chance, against my better judgement. In the moments before he came into the room, the assistant had me squeeze a "grip" type device, to see what my strength was, and it caused my right and left elbows great pain, that is still severe, and had mri's on both elbows, showing it tore ligaments in both elbows. I went to the physical therapist, and I told her up front, I was not sure if I could do anything physical, because I was in so much pain. We did some bending, and the 30 min session was over, for $35! They wanted me to come several times a week, $150 a week, and cause me more pain, so I agreed to only try once a week. When I went back, she wanted me to sit in a chair that gripped around my waist, and I warned her I had just had vascular surgery and had a new artery in y waist, and it was painful still. She clamped it down too hard, despite my telling her it hurt, and she responded that she was almost done, and didn't stop. My back cracked in several places, and I was in much more pain! I reported this to the manager, and the doctor's office. He kept having me come back, despite my not needing surgery, which I didn't understand, he was doing nothing to help my pain, just making it worse. I told him I wasn't going to come back anymore, and asked why he kept having me come back and pay him. He didn't answer me, but said he was ending my care. The girl at the desk said he said they didn't take my insurance anymore, which was a flat out lie. This doctor cost me more money for not listening to me, and pushing me to do something that I begged him not to do. He ignored my excruciating pain completely. Update 6-4-2020: The excruciating pain was my heart, classic heart attack symptoms, which ended up giving me a heart attack and I had to have heart surgery. Outrageous, after I kept begging him to identify what caused the pain, but instead he made me do physical therapy, made the pain worse, and put more stress on my heart! 99% blockage/part of my heart wasn't moving, is why I had so much pain, and this doctor exploited me for money, failed miserably from identifying my Classic Heart attack symptoms! I have reported this doctor to the medical board! "
