"I don't know how this woman has any good reviews. Someone else already said this but she REALLY has no idea what she's doing. She's not nice either. Also other things: - She told me to take a medication a certain way, so I did. She then proceeded to yell at me at the next appointment because she forgot to write it down and forgot she said to do that. -Will down-titrate medications you've been stable on for years. Then you get sick, because hey, maybe you needed that medication. She will then proceed to mess with a bunch of your other meds, before realizing that hey maybe it was the one we just decreased that was the problem. -Will gossip with your therapist behind your back. Not a good look. Clients can hear you in that back office. -Is not humble AT ALL. Walks around like she's hot sh** -No respect for LGBT population despite the fact that I'm pretty sure she used to be a dude. Don't question my sexuality to my therapist behind my back. So rude. -Disrespectful. Condescending. Don't call me "sweetie" and talk down to me. I'm an adult. -Rushes appointments -WRITES IN ALL CAPS LIKE THIS. Calm down. -Will get mad at you for not getting lab work when she never asked for lab work or gave you a slip for it to get done -Will get mad at you for not signing releases of information... even though you signed these six months prior and they are readily available in your chart..."

"Extremely insensitive, condescending and narcissistic. Doesn't listen, will legitimately argue with you-unprofessional. Wears sweatpants to work. Confuses medication classes for one another, doesn't have an understanding of very basic medication combinations for ADHD, has absolutely no understanding of therapeutic doses/dosing for antidepressants and antipsychotics. If you are taking more than just an antidepressant, see someone else. She has no idea what she's doing."

"Spent 8 months out of my mind insane because she doesn't understand therapeutic dosing for meds and wouldn't increase my antipsychotic. Also this "niceness" she has, is an act. Go ahead and read your notes. This woman is horrible. FIRST time she meets me she decides my trauma history isn't valid-doesn't tell me, writes it in the notes. WHO IS SHE?!??! How dare she? Horrible with a capital H. She's judging you. See someone who isn't a giant witch. "

"Although I have not met with Ms. Catineau face to face due to the pandemic, I immediately connected with her over the phone. I felt she was truly listening to me . I had been apprehensive about therapy, and immediately felt comfortable talking with her. I found her professional and understanding. "

Umm hello, 25mg of Seroquel will not treat Bipolar Disorder effectively. If you are taking more than just an antidepressant, see someone else. She has no idea what she's doing. "
