"I saw Dr. Gomez in March 2023 in the absence of my regular Provider, Alyssa Cunningham, who was out on maternity leave. I found Dr. Gomez to be abrupt and rude during the visit. Dr. Gomez does not timely respond to my pharmacy when I need a prescription refill. I am still waiting for a refill I requested weeks ago due to the fact she does not return calls from the pharmacy. When I called the office someone picked up and promptly hung up...3 times!!!! I have been a patient of this practice for many years and I have never experienced the horrible behavior of the present staff. I would appreciate someone contacting me to discuss my concerns.
