"She doesn't know medicine, although she is very fluent in patient service and bedside manners. She put me on a dangerous drug that no cardiologist in their right mind would prescribe given my cardiac status. She refused to acknowledge it caused the allergic reaction for which it is now rarely even prescribed. She knows nothing about drugs, she recommended beta blockers for hypertension as the best ..."

"Dr. Goldfinger created an adversarial situation when she suggested, "It appears that you do very little." She followed this with comments about my choice of blood pressure medication, then telling me that most of my symptoms sounded like acid reflux, followed by multiple admonishes to have my hearing checked. She is clearly smart, and yet very obtuse when it comes to dealing with a new patient. "
