"I have worked with numerous therapist throughout my mental health journey. Every single practitioner I received services from in the past never lasted more than 3-4 sessions. From being misdiagnosed, to being treated like a common DSM client where I feel like I am being labeled or just checking of boxes for various mental disorder criteria, I never felt I was truly being listened to. Judith has been the only therapist I have stayed with pretty consistently for approx. 3 years now. I finally feel like someone understands me even when I am unable to understand myself. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, gives the feeling that she genuinely cares about me, and she also knows how to help shape my thinking when I am at a low point and not seeing things clearly. For me personally, I prefer bluntness. Judith knows exactly how to respond even when I am engaging in pressurized perseverations. She knows me probably better than anyone and that to me is comforting. I respect her as a clinician and ...
