"I’m giving Dr Cornejo one star simply because I can’t give him zero stars to leave a review. I was referred to this Dr by my primary care Dr for severe pain and an enlarged ovary. I was given a very cursory exam and asked a few questions. I was then told that the “ovary just sort of free floats and would not cause that type of pain”. I was told that perhaps it was simply bowel trouble pain and that I should take some Miralax. When I asked about the enlarged ovary he said that my ovary was not enlarged. It was the normal size of an ovary, despite a CT and MRI showing otherwise. The visit summary on my patient portal summarized a visit that didn’t really take place, questions that weren’t asked, and reported answers that weren’t given. Dr did send me for a tumor marker test to show me I had nothing to worry about. Fast forward 3 months later I am a patient at Stephensons Cancer Center, full hysterectomy which showed ovarian cancer. Chemo starting soon. Do not allow this man to do this to ...
women. He didn’t even refer me correctly to the cancer center as far as menopause status. If I could wave women away from this Dr I would. Had I ignored my own body and just gone home to take my Miralax my outcome would be very different. Zero stars. "
