"Dr. Teng was horrible. She misdiagnosed my daughter with congenital melanocytic nevus on her face when we later confirmed it was a cafe au lait. I wanted to scream at the appointment. My daughter was 6 days old and Dr. Teng barely looked at her before saying that she knew what my daughter had. She then went right into telling us we would need to do laser treatments. ON A NEWBORN! She essentially went right into describing how we would go about performing a cosmetic surgery on my one-week old. She was also super condescending and even asked us what our education level was in order to determine how much to 'dumb down' her explanations. Both my husband and I have master's degrees (which of course is besides the point). She was horrid. It was the single most terrible experience of my postpartum journey. "
