"I went to see Dr. Dinnall for an infected toenail which she ultimately removed. I had had a traumatic toenail removal in the past, and she listened, was kind and talked me through the process. She and her nurse were caring and professional and I’d recommend her to anyone. The procedure was completed quickly and efficiently and follow up care was explained clearly.I did not feel rushed at all."

"On 11/12/20 Dr. Dinnall performed surgery on my foot. It took nearly 6 months of waiting to get a surgery date during which time I was in a great deal of pain. I called and said I was done waiting that it was too painful and she agreed to finally put me on the schedule. Once I had the surgery, at CDH, I woke up in recovery only to find that she had taken off for the day and wasn’t coming back to talk ..."

"I have been seeing Dr Dinnall for several years. She is always kind, compassionate, understanding, and professional. As the COVID-19 pandemic was just beginning I was determined to need surgery and with her usual care and concern she set up the surgery and has coordinated the care with such skill that the surgery is almost healed within a very short time. I cannot say enough good about her."

"I saw Dr.Joudy-Ann Dinnall for an infected toe. She was very professional and friendly and provided a sense of calmness cause of how nervous I was. She ended up taking the nail off and was so reassuring during the process. She even played the music I liked while doing it, because of how nervous I was. I will definitely continue using her service! She is a fantastic doctor! "

"I have seen Dr. Dinall twice for diabetic foot care. She is rude, arrogant and demeaning to her patients. Without a word of greeting to me, she started yelling at me for not reading an advertisement on her bulletin board. Still without an introduction, she began criticizing me harshly for not properly caring for my feet. When I told her how I did indeed care for my feet, she snorted "Well, that's ..."
