Dr. Joshua Lee Hardison, MD

Dr. Hardison was born in Athens, Georgia and grew up in Cherryville, North Carolina. He joined Chapel Hill Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006 and within two years was already tapped to be the board representative to the Womens Health Alliance Board of Directors because of his colleagues confidence in his decision making, management, and analytical skills. He is admired for being a quintessential problem solver. Our patients view Dr. Hardison as a patient educator. He is routinely complimented by residents and patients alike for his ability to take complex medical issues and break them down for any level of aptitude. In other words, no matter what level of medical education you have, Dr. Hardison can guide you to an appropriate and sound decision about your care and there will be nothing that appears mysterious or threatening. Dr. Hardison will also give you as much time as you need to both listen and discuss your needs. If its five minutes or an hour, you can be sure that Dr. Hardison wont leave you before your questions are answered. On the lighter side, Dr. Hardison enjoys travel, raising his son and anything that stimulates hand/eye coordination.
