"Left the office in tears. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Joseph Geffen. I saw the outstanding reviews and thought I would set this up as my new pcp after not having insurance for years. I came in with an MRI 6 years old and new, painful symptoms. Doctor Joseph Geffen COMPLETELY trivialized all of my symptoms. Honestly, if I hadn’t had a previous MRI showing issues, I would’ve left feeling completely crazy, like what I’m experiencing is all in my head. Thank God for that MRI. Joseph Geffen was terrible and I will have the new testing I had to FIGHT for reviewed by another physician at another practice. Shame on you, Joseph, for making an already worried patient feel this way."
