"I have been a patient of Dr. Evangelista for over 10 years. He is personable, very thorough and has always provided excellent care for me. After changes in my RX insurance company my sleep medication was costing me $30 to $60 per month. Dr. Evangelista worked with the new RX insurance company and got the monthly cost reduced to 18 cents per month."
