"Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unprofessional doctor’s office! The front desk receptionist by the name Laura together with the office’s manager retaliated me for refusing to sign a copying fees form to be charged to the paciente for copies of you medical exams results even before seeing Dr. Jose Luiz Terrazas. They left me in this doctor’s office waiting room for over an hour only to tell me they have shredded all the other forms I filled in as a new paciente about my medical history and personal information. They retaliated me for refusing to sign their office’s copying fees in advance of my first consultation with the no shown Dr. Jose Luiz Terrazas. A waste of my time and gasoline for going to such disrespectful doctor’s office!"
