"Dr. JoseAlberto Betances served as our son’s pediatrician from ages two to 12. During this time, he was always professional, responsive, caring, and warm to our child and family. I consider our time with him to be a huge success. A big reason why I believe this is because of Dr. Betances’ approach: he seeks to empower families with education about their options, rather than force a decision or a path. ..."

"As first time parents, we would like to meet Dr. Betances before our baby comes. And because of the wrong information provided by the front desk, our scheduled appointments were canceled twice, and we won't have a chance to meet the doctor before the baby comes. So we requested 15 min or 30 min chat with the doctor, and he refused because he simply does not do 1o1 with the family. I cannot imagine ..."
