"First, mahalo to the staff at Desert Springs Hospital (Front desk receptionist, Transporter to room, & RNs, etc.) that was OUTSTANDING and COMFORTING! Dr. Shively did my hernia surgery on September 19, 2022, and so far, it is healing accordingly. I have a post-hernia check-up on September 06, 2022, which is essential, and eager to hear Dr. Shively's assessment. I have questions as well. The only reason for the four (4) stars is that we have not completed the post-hernia check-up. Once the above is completed and the four (4) week recovery is finished (2 weeks left), I will UPDATE the rating. Also, I had to reschedule my follow-up appointment and tried calling multiple times with no RESPONSE. I finally got a response through email after one day. FYI, the reviews on "Las Vegas Surgical Associates" are extremely low on Google reviews. I believe reviews most of the time are biased, but having surgery or post surgery appointments does not lie because of its severity (most times, life or ...
