"I HAD LEFT SHOULDER REVERSE ARTHOPLASTY ON MARCH 3, 2021 AT CORE INSTITUTE SURGICAL CENTER IN PHOENIX. WHEN I AWOKE FROM SURGERY I OPENED MY EYES TO FIND MY SELF ON A GURNEY BEING LOADED INTO A PARAMEDIC TRANSPORT ON MY WAY TO A FULL SERVICE HOSPITAL.
