"My only positive visit with Dr. Siegel was my first one. He was friendly, feigned concern, & looked in my mouth with some interest. After 2 years & $5,000++ for three implant crowns, I've left the practice in the middle of a reconstruction. Siegel doesn't fit the crowns himself and doesn't carefully look at my teeth. His exams are ultrafast & perfunctory. He missed a completely decayed tooth under a bridge, charged me for x-rays he didn't take (when caught, apologized &promised to refund Delta Dental, but didn't). Drew, the office manager, is quite rude and difficult to deal with, as is some of the staff."

"Called the office to make appointment as new patient the office manager and the person who answered the phone was very rude, both hang up the phone one me. I work for a major airline I do not threat my passengers this way. The person who picked up the phone took all my personal information and I demand my information to be deleted. I will never ever refer anyone to this practice, and I am about to contact metlife. "
