"I was seen by Dr. John Symms so it could be determined if my hearing loss was organic or old age. I was so impressed with him. He was so nice, understanding examined my ears with the high powered microscope. Explained to me all about my ear drums and inner ear workings. Even sent a picture to my phone of my inner ear. I felt like I finally found a doctor that listens to me, is extremely educated and capable to be my expert ear doctor. I am very thankful I found him. I was telling my son about him and my son ends up knowing him. My son used to freestyle ski at Bogus Basin and used to watch John ski in person and in all of his Warren Miller movies. It really is a small world. I am glad John Symms gave up skiing to become a doctor....Great move!!!"
