"Horrible place rude as can be on the phone and the doctor wouldn't even look me in the eye on a 4-minute visit that I waited a month and a half for and seven people I asked in the waiting room because it was crowded all had the same time appointment 10:00 a.m. talk about trying to get a load of money for minimal service why is everyone scheduled at the same time when there's only one doctor in the building I'm sure they have a valid excuse that they'll put on here I would never recommend them and never go there again and the reviews on other websites are just as bad about this place"

"Dr. John C. Strunk has been my provider for more than four years.I cannot convey how much he has helped me. He truly listens and asks questions to understand my concerns. He does not rush me or make me feel like I am just a number, which so often happens when visiting doctors. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand my condition and that I receive the tools I need to improve and maintain my mental well-being. He and his front desk staff are professional, courteous, and consistent. He has exceeded my expectations and is truly exceptional at what he does."

"For the most part- this office is okay. The staff that works for Dr.Strunk is typically nice, the wait time can be atrocious however. I wish I could switch to telemedicine due to my busy schedule. "

"I’ve been seeing Dr.Strunk for over 6 months. After the first visit with all of the intake questions, I’ve seen him for a total of 5 minutes over 4 appointments. I have spent over 7 hours in his office though- i have waited 2 hours on average every single time I have an appointment, regardless of what time i make it for. He walks in the room not looking at the patient, asks if you’re “feeling ok? Sounds great, see you in a couple months”. Even if I did have complaints, I would not feel comfortable telling him. He doesn’t care about me or my problems, just his paycheck apparently. "

"This is the worst psychiatrist I’ve ever dealt with. His staff is hateful and not helpful in any way. They forget to call your meds into your pharmacy and they lied to me on the phone and would hang up on my phone calls. He terminated me as a patient for an issue with someone at the front desk and I didn’t receive a letter or anything. He left me in the middle of treatment with no medication refills and no other mental health recommendations. I had a panic attack at his clinic upon finding out this information"
