"Doctor was rude, dismissive, tried to get out of new xrays, just pushed surgery. Came in writing other surgeons names down first thing because I had asked the nurse his age, and experience. Never once degraded the doctor or stated incapable, but he was so offended that he didn't care do to standard x rays to see if the old implant had degraded more. Had to ask for a supervisor, as my VA referral covered this. This only angered him more, but he did do the x-rays, and with his supervisor sitting there his attitude and demeanor was much nicer. After the visit, he pushed to have me removed for orthopedics, made false statements, even went as low as to use his own disability as a weapon, stating that I didn't trust him because he stutters. As a 100% disabled veteran from line of duty, with 2 disabled children, this is just degrading. This is below low to use his disability as a way to attack a patient that only asked that for a partial specialist to review to ensure it wasn't salvageable. ...
He stated he didn't advise another partial, but when I asked how many partials he had done, he had done none. It's only fair to ask for an expert, but instead of the facility letting me talk to my last 2 surgeons there who worked on that knee, they said they would ask them and let me know. To sum this up, I'm been in that facility over 40 times, at least 6 surgeries types, put under, and no issues until this doctor. It is not like it was 10 years ago, it's more business, and much less concerns on health. Multiple operations at his facility that has never worked right with 10 years of complications, and this time when they said just cut and replace, I asked questions, and while they have no clue why the procedure is a fail, just want to cut and add more parts. What is more concerning is I have memory issues so I record everything to review later. I had video of what that nurse supervisor said and him, and when explained to their legal staff, they didn't care. Can prove this doctor is lying, and his supervisor, but they did not care to listen. It's reasonable and prudent from this, if they blotch in surgery, do you think they would own up to it, or cover it up like they did here. As for the services posting, if they want to discredit, I'll allow your legal team to review the live recordings from his office. This was seemingly manipulated and covered by what I see as a narcissistic, blame-shifting individual. "
