"My wife and I requested the time off, got it approved and began the wait. On April 9th I got a call from the office yet again saying they were cancelling my surgery because of a "scheduling issue with the anesthesiologist" which meant that our PTO request was now useless. With such short notice we were not able to get that time back. At this point we were obviously not happy, so my wife reached out to discuss the issues we were having. We were met with rude and disrespectful front desk associates that eventually refused to speak with my WIFE stating it was a HIPPA violation and I would need to give consent... She had been the one making all of the appointments, payments and all other correspondence for months beforehand with no issue. It was obvious they had no idea what they were saying or doing and  just did not want to speak with her any longer. We attempted to contact the office manager we had previously spoken with and were told that she no longer worked there. They transferred us ...
to the new office manager Lauren. I have to say Lauren is awesome and does a great job given the horrible environment she has to work in. She assured us that we would be taken care of from that point on and she would see to it. We scheduled my surgery for May 12th and began the wait. Surgery day came and I was in and out. I was told to come in the following day for a check up, I went in and saw Dr.Scallion and got a minor adjustment. He told me to call anytime that week if I needed an adjustment or check up and before I could ask any follow up questions he was walking away talking with another dentist about his chicken salad sandwich he was going to have for lunch, his lunch was obviously more important than the after care questions I had for him. I called 3 days later to schedule another adjustment and was told he would be out of the office for nearly 2 weeks and I could see him on June 1st 3 whole weeks after my full mouth extractions. Once I healed up enough, I began to look at the remaining teeth and found that 2 of the ones I had pointed out as problems and that have visible damages and cracks had not been removed and were still causing me pain. These were supposed to be the anchor teeth for my lower partial which would damage those teeth even more and require more office visits for extractions and repair. I was LIVID. I decided to go get a second opinion at another Dentist in the Bryant area and they were appalled that I had not been given a run down of my treatment plan or any follow up. They informed me that the denture I have now is not permanent and pointed out to me that the price I had paid did not include my permanent upper. They xray'd the two teeth that were giving me issues and came to the same conclusion that they should have been removed with all the others to give me the best quality of use. I was advised to not allow any more work to be done by Scallion or LRFD unless it was free adjustments or a soft reline and only if that was a free service ( I am not sure if it is included as I was given next to no information during the process) . My wife and I are going to attempt to set up a meeting with the office manager to get refunded for the work that has not been done yet but don't have high hopes. On top of all of that, I was billed for surgical extractions on all 22 extractions before the procedure had taken place. While some of the teeth were absolutely surgical I have the highest doubts that they all were and the lack of honesty and integrity I experienced in this office makes it feel even more likely I was charged incorrectly. Not sure if this was intentional or if this was yet another mistake from a amature office staff of friends and kids of the dentist. Please consider other options in the area for the work you need done, save yourself the stress, sleepless night and financial uncertainty this place will cause for you.  Rude treatment and complete disorganization from front desk staff, no communication from the dentist "
