"Awesome as always. Dr. Pittman take whatever time is necessary to help me understand everything I need to understand. He is direct, in a caring manner, with both his answers to my questions and questions he has for me! I highly recommend Dr. Pittman!"

"Dr. Pittman was my primary care physician. I had a physical not too long ago and complained of exhaustion, tightness across my chest and shortness of breath. My family heart history is atrocious! I also told him that I was pretty stressed out because of Covid, I wasn’t too happy stuck in my house, and outside, dealing with people in public who didn’t take precautions. Come to find out, I’d have probably been doomed if I’d contracted Covid! I told him that I didn’t know if my symptoms were stress, or if there’s something seriously wrong with me, because I can’t self-diagnose!! He did note I was “angry.” At this point one would think that it is the doctors responsibility to find out which it is, stress or a heart problem. I’m not a doctor. He advised me to go out and walk more. One month ago I got another physician, and I told him exactly what I told Dr. Pittman. I was quickly scheduled for a calcium score screaming, and I scored 1592.5, which is is outrageously high! I I was immediately scheduled an appointment with a cardiologist, who promptly scheduled a heart cath. It’s a goo thing I was! My left anterior descending artery was 90% blocked. While I was on the table for the heart cath they inserted two stents. Why didn’t Dr. Pittman check my heart health? It’s a mystery to me! Should you choose Dr Pittman as your doctor? You decide!"

"#1 front desk would not give my results. #2 office staff rude and threatening. Said no mamm when I needed my records which is illegal. #3 Dr.mimms told me every way I could possibly die...that's her way of being a dr. #4Dr pittman would not talk to me about my concerns even though my diabetes was above 300 for months. He is not a diabetes dr or specialist as his rude secretary says, although on Redmond's site that is what he treats. Went to him 10 years. His office staff is what made me find a new dr. I told them I was not coming back. Then they send a letter saying I'm discharged bc of me being hostile. Trust me the office staff are catty and miserable. Dr. Pittman does not care."

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
