"Saw him over several visits. Personable, but lacking in patient care skills. No follow-up from him or his office on testing that he ordered after several attempts. Definitely would not recommend this provider."

"So far, the injections seem fine (but only provide temporary pain relief; no treatment to the problem). But his lack of further medical steps, and misogynistic comments are not ok.
After the injection, he said: "I will clean you up now" – as if somehow I would have been dirty. Then wiped and scrubbed a large area for a long time around the tiny spot where the needle was injected.
