"Dr Owens is the best VA Birmingham emergency room doctor ever ever he is compassionate about his job and doesn't treat the veterans like they're a number or just a paycheck very intelligent and knowledgeable I absolutely love him as well as my father that had to be rushed to the emergency room and have emergency surgery due to his heart 22 beats per minute when I got him there and Dr Owens saved his life love him very highly recommended"
